Superior staffing at every level! Staff wants to please and give the best service to everyone! I recently referred my good friend. He ended up getting both a new A/C unit and a new furnace. He is also very pleased and happy with the service he experienced! I’m one of their biggest fans because I ALWAYS receive extra special and meticulous service from everyone! This time it was Jessie. What a dedicated and knowledgeable employee! Very courteous and going the extra mile for us! His attitude is tremendous and uplifting!

Pacific Aire’s reputation, like all businesses, is defined by its employees. As long as Pacific Aire has David P., Angel, Harold, Ernie, Alex, and David G. representing their business, the reputation of the company, in my opinion, is golden! These guys are phenomenal, seriously. Every one of them is a great guy, a hard worker, and truly top-notch! Not only did they install a new unit, but they also moved the location of the condensers away from our family room window. Their work is clean, efficient and they take the extra time to do it right.

I will call no one else for my heating and air, and if Pacific Aire starts selling bread, I will buy that from them too. Thanks to Angel and the gang you guys are the best!

This business is so efficient I always get an answer with a smiling answer and people that are willing and able to give you a time and a place when we can get together if need be any questions you want to ask, also when Matt came to my house and did work on my heater he was sufficient to figure out some things that were wrong with it and I’m so grateful that he was so efficient because it helps me save a lot of time and money that other things wouldn’t break down later and I’ll be paying for the whole thing over again possibly thanks Matt you are wonderful!

Just had our HVAC ductwork upgraded by Robert and crew (Harold. Omar, Ulises. and Cody) of Pacific Aire. The job was estimated to take 3 days, but they finished in two. The crew was on time, protected our floors with runners, wore shoe coverings and face masks, was very polite, and always kept us apprised of what they were doing. Everyone was very professional and pleasant.

We just had insulation and ductwork completed. We’ve used Pacific Aire in the past so we knew they were trustworthy and they did not disappoint us. Oscar was the consultant who explained the process and got us excited to get the work done. He was very knowledgeable and erased all doubt from my mind. And once the project was underway, we were SUPER impressed with everyone that worked on this project for us. Vincent Gonzales, Jaime, Jesus Arias, and his awesome team – they were all so respectful and friendly. They kept us informed at every point along the way. They all showed such honesty and integrity! They were patient when we asked questions or wanted to see something or have something adjusted. And when they couldn’t put on one of the small vents in our bathroom, Jesus scheduled their handyman to come to try to fix the issue. And they cleaned up so nicely every day, so it was like they were never there. We received such excellent service from all of the guys, and the job was completed within the timeframe quoted.

Bottom line, we would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Aire!

He explained everything and showed me when he found a problem. He checked and tuned up both the furnace and air conditioner.

We have been with Pac Air for 20 years. The heater we purchased 20 years ago finally went to the heater bridge in the sky. We called Pac Air and they came out immediately. Of course, we have the elite membership, which I highly recommend. They come out 2 times a year for a tune-up with no costs and should repair or parts be needed, the membership gives you a member discount. Back to our new heater. A rep came out quickly and we were scheduled for a new heater within a week. They measured, checked out where the heater is located. They presented a few options that would work for our house. All of the services is very professional. They also provide financing. Cody S and Jon V were the techs that came and installed our unit. They were professional, did the work at the highest quality. They cleaned up after and took the time to answer our questions and show us our new thermostat. I highly recommend Pac Air. To have a heating unit last 20 years before dying shows that they know their product and service.
