HVAC INSTALLER:
We are currently hiring exceptional HVAC Installers who have the technical aptitude and drive to get the job done. As an HVAC installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. Lead Installers are responsible for all aspects of residential replacement of HVAC & duct. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring of apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations. Apprentice responsibilities are to assist the leadership of the lead installer (on the job training is provided)
Responsibilities:
- Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately; make customers happy.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles
