SALES / COMFORT ADVISOR:
Job Summary
The Sales / Comfort Advisor Position exists to perform in-home customer requests for sales estimate and system evaluations. The Comfort Advisor is required to utilize customer service and satisfaction training to educate and assist customers in choosing service and products options. In addition, this position exists to fulfill the mission Statement of the Service Department.

The Pacific Aire Sales Department places the genuine care and comfort of our customers as our highest mission. By taking our time, listening to our customer’s desires, and thoroughly educating each customer, we give them the tools to make the best decisions for their home and family.
Essential Functions
- Drive to customers’ homes and arrive promptly within the designated appointment window.
- Measure and view areas of customer’s homes as needed.
- Carefully and respectfully navigate customer’s home.
- Assess and understand customer’s heating and cooling needs by performing sales scripts and presentations.
- Respond to customer requests or conditions not outlined in the original lead dispatch.
- Maintain knowledge on company’s current promotions and pricing. Present such knowledge to the customer within the confines of the script/presentation.
- Accurately complete all sales paperwork.
- Maintain regular contact with the office and relay all sales summaries in a timely fashion.
- Maintain knowledge of the basic workings of HVAC systems which will be taught.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as required.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal command of the English Language.
- Maintain the required minimum closing rate of 40% or $4,000 revenue per lead.
- Self-generated leads are highly rewarded.
- Ability to process basic arithmetic.
- Ability to complete paperwork with only a small margin of error.
- The willingness to work extended hours as needed to take care of the client.
- Comfort Advisor must have the tools necessary to complete work including, but not limited to, a digital camera, tape measure, access to email, and the ability to send paperwork over email during early morning through late evening hours.
- Have a clean driving record so we can provide you with a vehicle or provide reliable, individual transportation. Vehicle must be clean, undamaged and mechanically sound.
- Obey all company policies and procedures including strict policy on non-smoking and clean, professional appearance.
Working Conditions:
- Working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions, both cold and hot.
- Enter into and maneuver in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined locations as needed.
- Drive on a daily basis, sometimes for long distances or extended periods of time.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Traditional in-home noise levels.
- Requires sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Occasional kneeling and crawling.
- Occasional standard office environment and use of copiers, fax machines and computers.
