CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE:

We’re looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) to help us achieve profitable revenue.

As a customer service representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. You will book service appointments and do whatever is necessary to promote customer satisfaction. 

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR | INTERVIEW WITH BRIANA 

Taking good care of its employees is Pacific Aire’s top priority. Briana, the supervisor of the Client Care Department, talks about how much she enjoys working here. 

Pacific Aire conducted a one-on-one interview with her to learn more about what a day in her work life was like. The ideas that were discussed during the interview that impacted her were:

  1. The importance of a company getting to know the employee better as a person.
  2. Knowledge of the tools and how to integrate them into the organization. 

Pacific Aire values every employee they have which is why they give them recognition and praise. That’s something she didn’t receive from her previous job experiences. Pacific Aire is different from other companies in that it acknowledges both small and large victories. Someone will always praise someone for their achievements, no matter how minor or huge they may be. 

Team Building

The best team-building exercise at Pacific Aire is the chant started by the owner at every company meeting. We begin by stretching our toes, working our way up, and then swaying our arms with the mantra, 

‘When it’s hot, when it’s cold, Pacific Aire’s as good as Gold’

She enjoys that chant because not only does it get everyone moving, but it also gets everyone laughing, which is exactly what we want, everyone is having fun.

Motivation

She loves coming up with creative ideas for the team, creating new activities and making sure they have all the tools necessary to succeed. They also spice up their department every day, so they can be enthusiastic and positive throughout the day. The goal is to put a smile on the client’s face at the end of the day. They want to ensure those on the other side are smiling as well. 

Her personal favourite company values are honesty and fairness. It is great to know she’s able to apply that outside of work in the best way she can, but even better knowing she’s able to incorporate it at work. It’s encouraging to be around a team that exudes that same spirit.

Work-Life Balance

A work-life balance is making sure she has time to refresh her mind and her creativity.

The fact that Pacific Aire motivates her in every way possible to achieve that work-life balance is amazing. Every other weekend, she’s given a three-day weekend that lasts from Friday to Sunday. What’s amazing is that she can leave for the entire weekend and not worry about the headaches of trying to figure out if she will get that time off or if it will be approved. There’s no hesitation because they are eager for you to have a work-life balance. She is really happy to be part of a team that cares for everyone.
