Jared, the service technician, provided us with an annual check-up of our home heating unit. He was on time and friendly. There were no immediate problems with our heater, but it is getting old and he alerted us to maintenance issues we could take care of in the future. During this visit he also replaced our heater's filter.
Jared was on time which is appreciated. He was cheerful and pleasant as he went about his tasks. He kept us informed of what he was doing, the condition of our equipment, and what he recommended to keep our system running efficiently. Very thorough in his work. I highly recommend Jared and Pacific Aire.

However, you have requested "feedback" and a review of the work recently performed at my residence. I can tell you that I have been very much impressed during every phase of the project - from the courteous and friendly office personnel to the patient and understanding Mike McFarlane to the men who installed the new system - Vince, Jake, Jim and Linear (sp?), and, of course, Val Meredith who recently installed a really "cool" Kool Kap. There was a real simpatico with Val, as we both treasure our little four legged companions, and my Kiku seemed to sense it immediately.The installation was not only completed on time, but well ahead of estimated scheduled. Things were left in a clean and neat condition, and nothing was missing as I had previously experienced with another company. In light of this current culture of entitlements, lack of initiative and total narcissism, I found it refreshing to witness hard work, knowledge, and professionalism of your staff.I hope this satisfies your request, to date, Kiku and I are thoroughly enjoying the comfort of our new air conditioning unit. One of my AC Units has been recurrently been shutting itself off and also leaking water. Val from Pacific Aire did a diagnostic and also addressed the underlying problem. Val was prompt, courteous, professional, explained thoroughly what he found and proposed a solution. He made sure he answered my questions. I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend Val.
Val was right on time, setting expectations for the visit and explaining the steps of the scheduled service.
