(Complete Heating & A/C systems or Heat only systems – does not apply to partial systems) – We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the operation of the equipment provided by us and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment we have installed, we will promptly correct the problem. After we have corrected the problem and the equipment is still not operating properly to the manufacturer’s standards, and the manufacturer’s representative has verified its failure and no other alternative is available, upon your written request we will remove the system and refund 100% of your agreement price within 30 days. This guarantee applies only to complete systems as defined above, installed on the same date, and does not apply to any partial system installations.
We guarantee that our systems will be properly designed and installed, and when maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you during the first year.
If the Compressor in your Air Conditioner fails during the specified warranty term of ownership or the Heat Exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the specified warranty term of ownership, we will remove the entire unit rather than the component, and install a completely new one. If you’ve ever bought a “lemon” before, you truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear booties (floor savers), clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to the installation crew leaving your home.
Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So, it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Our guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less…Or we’ll give you a $50.00 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that it be a published “apples-to-apples” comparison. Your request must be in writing within 14 days of the signing of this document or installation date, whichever is the earliest.
(Complete Duct Systems only) – Pacific Aire will honor a lifetime guarantee for any leaks that may occur in your duct system that we have installed. We are confident in making this guarantee to you because of the product quality and skill of the installation technicians we use.
Equipment Installation: On the day of your equipment installation we will arrive at the time we state on the agreement or you get $250 off the investment. Demand Service/Repair: It’s very simple, “We’ll arrive when we say or you don’t pay.” We will arrive at the time we promised or the diagnostic fee/trip charge is free. Maintenance: It’s very simple, “We’ll arrive when we say or you don’t pay.” We will arrive at the time we promised or the Tune-Up is free. If you are a Club Member you get a $50 gift certificate for future services. Sales:We’ll arrive on or before the time we promised you or we will give you $250 off our very best price for the system. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to our team member leaving your home.
