Phia and Bryan Novak, who have lived in their Oceanside, CA home since 2009, have nine-month-old twins and a five-year-old daughter. “And we’re done!” they laugh.
Despite experiencing what they describe as hot, muggy summers, they had been living without an air conditioning system other than small, portable window units for the bedrooms. The price of such a large upgrade was holding them back until a neighbor recommended the HERO Program. With the upcoming birth of their twins and their heater on its last legs as well, this promising option came at just the right time.
We all felt the climate change this summer in Southern California. With record heat and humidity levels, many of our beach-front and inland customers like the Novak’s who don’t have an Air Conditioning unit were practically begging us to install central heat and air in their homes. It is starting to cool down and feel more like winter but we are still installing record number of HVAC systems in Ventura County and parts of L.A. County.
At Pacific Aire we are extremely conscious about being able to provide the best financing options for our customers. While the HERO program may not work for everyone, we are seeing a high volume of clients requesting it and truly benefiting from the program.
As Bryan explained in the video provided by HERO, the loan is built into your property taxes, meaning you are qualified by the value of your home not your credit score. His family was not burdened with a huge up-front cost of installing an energy efficient air conditioner.
Pacific Aire is a preferred partner of the HERO program which means our staff can walk you through the process of getting qualified and approved for financing. To learn more about the benefits of the HERO program, visit our Hero Program Page or simply give us a call!
