Pacific Aire

We are new customers of Pacific Aire, and we went all in. New HVAC system, windows, and now part of their service club. It has been worth every penny! There was an immediate noticeable difference with the new AC, which has been great with this last heat wave. The windows are awesome, so quiet and keeps the cool air in. We already have a drop in our electric bill! There were a few hiccups along the way, but the Pacific Aire customer service has been outstanding, and their techs are professional and friendly! All issues were resolved in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Pacific Aire!

I’m not quite sure what the negative reviews are about. It’s not unusual for emergency services to cost more that if you were to make an appointment and wait. That’s Capitalism, folks. Here’s what you get if you hire this outfit. Professional techs, helpful and nice support staff and (mostly) on-time appointments. Financing!! Yeah…. That’s a big deal because HVAC isn’t cheap. (SEE MOST OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS COMPLAINT ABOUT COST.) Bottom line: Hire Pacific Aire because they know what their doing, and they’ll do a good job.

Two years ago, we had a new hvac system installed (by a company that won’t be named) and it was a terrible experience. We were so weary of having anyone come in when our system started having issues, so we prolonged it until we heard from friends about pacific aire. from the first phone call until they left our house, we received amazing customer service. Brett, our technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m just blown away by how efficient everything was. I would strongly recommend for anyone with a system that might need repairs.

Pacific Aire Heating and Cooling is still the Best.We had a heater installed with new ducting about 4years ago from this company. We called again for them to send a person so we could get a air conditioner installed with our heater system. They sent out Jud Schlimgen and went thru the process to add the a/c unit. The cost was established and the unit was installed. Thanks to Judand the staff the work was completed and the unit is working like a fine machine. Thanks also tech Jared Pratt. We were so happy with Pacific Aire again due to their workmanship
